On November 13, 2023, Marc-Olivier Ranger addressed leaders, policy influencers, and experts in their fields at the P3 2023 conference, organized by the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships.
Mr. Ranger spoke alongside Matthew Slade, Vice President of Rail Operations for Meridiam. Mr. Ranger shared our vision and optimism about innovative P3 model for the future of the Toronto-Québec City railway Corridor project.
