VIA HFR 2024 Annual Public Meeting

MONTRÉAL, June 6, 2024 - VIA HFR, a federal Crown corporation created in November 2022, cordially invites the public and media to its inaugural Annual Public Meeting (APM), to be webcasted on July 10^th, 2024.

Since its inception, VIA HFR has rapidly advanced its mission to connect Canadians and foster a sustainable future by developing Canada's rapid train corridor linking Toronto to Québec City with a fast, frequent, and reliable transportation solution.

The Chair of the Board of Directors of VIA HFR, Robert Prichard, the Vice-Chair of the Board, Marie-José Nadeau, and the President and Chief Executive Officer, Martin Imbleau, will co-chair the 2024 APM. This event will offer an opportunity for attendees to gain insights into the Corporation's mandate, its main accomplishments during its first fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2024, and its vision for the remainder of 2024.
