Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) Implementation, Licensing and Professional Services

VIA HFR is seeking proposals from Proponents to provide and implement a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

This solution will supply a comprehensive suite of tools and functions to streamline Financial and HR processes, enhance employee engagement and support strategic workforce management.

Proponents are required to notify VIA HFR (by email at [email protected]) of their intent to bid by June 28, 2024 5:00 PM EDT

Personnel Minimum Security Level Required – Reliability Status
Language Requirement: French and/or English (oral and writing)
Contract Duration: 60 months and 5x1 option year (if exercised by VIA HFR)

Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement.
