We believe that trust and confidence increases when all parties are clear of their responsibilities and positively engaged in the decisions that affect them.

We aim to facilitate the involvement of diverse stakeholders with different views, knowledge levels, time, and accessibility requirements, and preferred method of engagement, in order to drive a shared sense of purpose and direction.

We will endeavor, where feasible, to provide timely feedback to stakeholders on how their input has affected our plans and decisions.

We are committed to inform and engage community members early and regularly as well as provide opportunities for people to be involved in the engagement process.
